Mercer University held nine commencements during May, with more than 1,500 students participating. On May 12, the University’s Macon commencement for the College of Liberal Arts, Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics, School of Engineering, Townsend School of Music and Tift College of Education was held in the University Center, with an estimated 3,000 graduates and guests in attendance.
Locally, Katie Elaine Still of Guyton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English/women’s and gender studies and Ashley Nicole Miles of Bloomingdale received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in psychology.
