Blandford holds food drive for FORCE

The Blandford Elementary School Junior Beta Club’s community service project for November was to collect canned goods for the FORCE (Food Outreach Co-op of Effingham) food pantry.

Homerooms competed to bring in the most cans, and a total more than 1,700 cans were collected and donated.

Students were given clues each afternoon for a “mystery” canned item to bring the following day.
