The South Effingham Middle School FFA Poultry Evaluation Team recently competed in the Area FFA Poultry Evaluation Career Development Event held in Dodge County. The Poultry Evaluation Career Development Event advances the knowledge of agricultural education students about the selection and management of poultry and poultry products. Participants in the event judge classes of laying hens, broilers, grade poultry and eggs, and identify parts.
