Eleven Effingham County High School students served as pages for state Reps. Jon Burns and Bill Hitchens on Jan. 25. The students also met Speaker of the House David Ralston and Gov. Nathan Deal. As pages, students deliver notes from constituents, lobbyists and other individuals and guests to representatives on the House floor.
