The Effingham YMCA’s pool will be home to hundreds of rubber ducks in a few weeks. The YMCA and the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce are teaming up for the first Effingham Duck Races, to be held Nov. 12. The ducks are available for $5 each or five can be purchased for $20.
