Home Town Health has named Effingham Health System CFO Andy Smith as its chief financial officer of the year.

Smith was recognized with the honor at Home Town Health’s annual fall conference earlier this month at Callaway Gardens. Home Town Health is a network of rural hospitals, health care providers and best practice business partners.
