Springfield Mayor Barton Alderman and the Springfield City Council declared May as “Community Action Month” in recognition of Concerted Services, Inc.’s work.

Community action agencies were created under the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964.

The proclamation states Georgia’s most vulnerable population continues to need opportunities to improve their lives and living conditions.
