The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit has made an arrest in connection with a deadly motorcycle crash that killed a Georgia Southern University ROTC instructor.

A months-long investigation concluded with Jadon Mike, 21, from Brooklet, being arrested Nov. 21 and charged with first-degree homicide by vehicle, DUI, and failure to yield.
