SPRINGFIELD --  Investigators with the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office discovered human remains Monday morning off Hwy 80 in Effingham County.

Spencer Robins, 49, was arrested Monday night and charged with concealing a death of another and tampering with evidence. The remains have been turned over to the Georgia Bureau of Investigations for identification.
