The staff and family at Glaze Beauty Boutique and Day Spa in Rincon held a grand opening to celebrate the opening of the newest wing of their business — Milano Fine Gifts and Jewelry. The Effingham Chamber of Commerce held a second ribbon cutting at the location to mark the new phase of business and the Glaze team set up treats under a tent out in front of the business to celebrate.
