The Effingham Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon cutting July 20 for Energy One Credit Union, which has moved its office from inside the Effingham College and Career Academy to 1002 Lisa St., Suite 4, in Rincon. Tiffany Webb and Kim Dasher staff the office.
