Armando Lora Carillo, SR 26/Sand Hill Road – driving while unlicensed, failure to yield while turning left, identify theft.

Christopher Wood, Midland Road/Nease Road – wanted person by Pooler Police Dept.

 

Incidents

Beebe Road – a woman reported her father was missing as she hadn’t seen nor heard from him since the night before, and he hadn’t returned home to feed his dog. The next day the daughter informed ECSO that she had heard from her father and he was okay.

Black Pine Drive – a woman reported that she and her husband had a verbal argument that turned physical.

Green Drive – a man reported that his neighbors are continuously “burning things” in their yard. He added the smoke is so bad he can’t stay outside “for long periods” of time.

Elkins Cemetery Road – a woman reported that over consecutive days packages expected from Amazon had not been delivered or were stolen from her porch soon after delivery. Amazon advised her to file a police report to initiate refunds or replacement delivery of the missing items.

Harmony Drive – a woman reported that she and her husband had a verbal argument; and the man also argued with his father in front of their young children.

ECSO Office – a woman reported that she was receiving harassing text messages from her son’s ex-girlfriend regarding insurance on her son’s car.

Ellis Drive – a woman reported that a dog she does not know was in her yard for the second day in a row. The dog left and was later observed fighting with another dog. A concerned neighbor broke up the fight and secured her dog. Since the first dog’s owner is unknown, the dog was taken to the Effingham County Animal Shelter.

Hwy 17 S (Marlow Elementary) – front office staff reported that a woman was yelling and acting disorderly regarding her child who was being suspended from school.

Hunter Court – a woman reported that her son’s moped had been stolen from where he left it after it broke down on Courthouse Road near Little McCall Road.

Commercial Drive – a man reported that items rented by another man have not been returned despite multiple attempts to make contact. The value of the rented items (now classified as stolen) is $4,250.
