Christiopher David Norton, Hwy. 21/Highland Point Drive, Springfield – impersonating a police officer.
Franklin Lamond Johnson, North Howard Ave., Rincon – disorderly conduct, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Incidents
Payton Place, Guyton – a man reported that a package that was marked as delivered from USPS was not on the front porch when he arrived home. A police report was needed to file a claim.
Forest Road, Springfield – a man reported a structure fire on his property. He escaped and one dog came out of the house. Another dog and two cats were found deceased inside the structure by fire department personnel.
Hwy. 21S, Rincon – the assistant manager of a Parker’s reported a man was making unwanted contact with various customers. The assistant manager wanted a criminal trespass report on the man.
Zittrouer Road, Guyton – a man and a woman reported that another man had leased their tractor trailer and left it in El Paso, Texas, for them to pick up. When they picked up the tractor trailer, several pieces of equipment valued at $16,000 were missing from the vehicle.
Wild Rose Drive, Guyton – a woman reported that a man in an unmarked truck picked up a bed frame that she wanted to return to amazon from the front of her house. She thought the man was from amazon, but he was not. Her bank requested that she file a police report for the theft.
Stones Throw Court, Guyton – a woman reported that while she was making a grocery delivery, she was bit multiple times on her legs by the owner’s dog. The owner said the dog is current on its shots. Animal Control will contact the owner for a follow up.
Hodgeville Road, Guyton – a woman reported she had a verbal and physical altercation with her ex-girlfriend. A male neighbor called law enforcement.
Waterford Court, Springfield – An employee of a pet grooming business asked a patron to leave when the patron would not show current proof of her dogs’ vaccinations; and the patron became rude and disorderly.
Blandford Road, Rincon – a man reported that while burning some brush on his property, an ember caught some hay on fire that quickly moved to the shed. ECFR responded to extinguish the fire but was unsuccessful in saving the shed.
ECSO Lobby – a man reported that he had left his truck with a friend to do some repairs. The friend claimed that the truck was damaged when a roof fell on the truck and he needed the title so insurance would cover the additional damages. However, the first man alleges his friend sold the truck for scrap for $700. Deputies advised the first man to seek legal counsel at take the matter to court.
Pound Road, Guyton – a man reported that an unknown person(s) allegedly stole his daughter’s pink Predator Polaris.
Lakewood Circle, Guyton – a man reported that several family members were involved in a heated argument. The man’s adult daughter agreed to leave the residence and find another place to live.
Mockingbird Drive, Springfield – a man reported that the passenger side front tire of his vehicle had a one-inch-long slash that appeared to have been intentional causing it to go flat.
Fourth Street Ext., Guyton – a man and a woman reported that a pipe allegedly coming from a neighboring property is discharging water with possibly unknown contaminants onto their property. They have contacted various agencies including the Army Corps of Engineers and retained legal counsel, but have not been able to resolve the issue.
GA 119N/Clyo-Kildare Road – ECFD reported an abandoned and severely damaged vehicle in a ditch at the side of the road. Deputies did not observe any signs of injury or trauma to a potential victim such as blood or airbag deployment. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
