Stephen Boyd Lewis, Wigeon Court – probation violation

Alma Giron Romero, Forest Road – battery

Jaime Hernandez Alpizar, Hwy. 119N/Clyo Kildare Road – failure to dim high beams, driving while unlicensed.

Jaden Alana Eason, Hwy. 80 – theft

Lucille Marie Tarpley – Old River Road/Stonegate Drive -- citation issued for marijuana possession (less than 1 oz.)

Edy Zambrano, Hwy. 119/Beaubrook Blvd. – expired tag, obscured license plate, driving while unlicensed.

Ricardo Del Pozo, McCall Road/Low Ground Road – speeding in excess of posted speed limit (61 mph in 45 mph zone); driving while license is suspended, wanted person.

Levi Alonza Scott, W. 6th Street – wanted person, obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers.

 

Incidents

Cherokee Hill Drive – a man reported that an unknown person(s) allegedly removed his utility trailer from his property.

Old Louisville Road – a man reported that he found a firearm in the street. Deputies inspected and found the firearm to have a broken clip with 15 rounds inside. The firearm was placed in a secure locker for safekeeping.

Victoria Circle – a woman reported that an unknown person attempted to cash a check from her mother’s account in the amount of $18,740.60. She told the bank the transaction was fraudulent since the corresponding check number was still in her checkbook. The bank blocked the transaction.

Walnut Drive – a woman reported that her son had taken her car without permission. She was advised that the car was reported as stolen.

Noel C. Conaway Road – a woman reported she received a phone call from an unknown male stating she was being investigated by “Walmart Fraud Department” regarding a package containing narcotics and cash. She did not divulge any personal information, and wanted the incident documented in case of future fraudulent calls.

Commerce Drive – a woman reported that after a vehicle had been auctioned, paid for, and removed, the payment was found to be fraudulent. The vehicle, a 2015 maroon Hyundai Elantra (VIN 5NPDH4AE4FH553886) was entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database as stolen.

Sand Hill Drive – a woman reported that one of her male dogs – a great Dane/pit bull mix – bit her while trying to separate it from her other male dog while they were fighting over her female dog who was in heat. The woman stated that all her dogs are up to date on their rabies vaccines.

Daily Drive – a man reported that his Ring camera system recorded a tow truck removing his vehicle from in front of his residence. Upon investigation, it was determined to be a mistake and the man’s truck was to be returned with an apology from the tow truck operator.

Lemans Drive – deputy responded to a call regarding a physical fight between a brother and sister over photo albums that belonged to their late mother.

ECSO lobby – a woman reported she is receiving bank statements regarding credit accounts she never opened. Credit bureaus requested a police report to go with their investigations.

Possum Trail – a man reported that his neighbor is “constantly partying” late at night or “screaming boisterous or disorderly comments” toward him. This is an ongoing issue.

ECSO lobby – a man reported that and unknown person allegedly forged his signature on a QuickClaim deed for his property.

Rosewood Drive – a man reported that a package containing gear wrenches were not on the porch by the front door even though the package was marked as “delivered.” The wrenches are valued at $47.

Mulberry Way – a man reported that a verbal argument occurred with his girlfriend because she had not paid her share of the rent.

Deerfield Road – a woman reported she was receiving communications via a banking app even through she has a Family Violence Ex Parte order against him.

Victoria Circle – deputies responded to a civil matter regarding tenants allegedly taking furniture belonging to the landlord when they moved out. Tenants argued that the landlord had entered the resident before they moved and allegedly took some items belonging to them. According to the incident report, deputies have responded to multiple calls to this address.

Cletus Gnann Road – a man reported he sent $150 via CashApp to pay a deposit to purchase two puppies. On Dec.26, 2024, the seller then messaged the man stating he would return the deposit. The man told deputies the deposit has not been returned; nor any word of the puppies he was supposed to purchase.

Cedar Drive – a man reported that his roommate was upset with him over bugs in the house.

Redbluff Court – a woman reported that a check for $307 she mailed to her insurance company allegedly was stolen while in transit, altered, and cashed for $3,600. She informed her bank of the fraudulent transaction, mailed another check to the insurance company, which was received. Deputy advised her to also file a report with USPS regarding the mail theft.
