Vaughn Constance Girvin, Mockingbird Drive – wanted person in Liberty County.
Fabian Christopher Kirkland, Hwy. 119/Bridgewood Drive – wanted person in Sylvania County.
Gerald Irving Frazier, Commerce Drive – fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, possession of a Schedule I substance, theft by receiving stolen property from another state.
James Tyler Wooten, Hwy. 21/Goshen Road – driving while suspended is suspended.
Jennifer L. Hunter, Davis Street – driving while license is suspended, open container of alcohol in vehicle, failure to maintain lane.
Billie Joe Williams, Wellington Drive – two citations issued for dogs running loose.
Antonio Deon Bernard McCollum, Sparrow Lane – willful obstruction of law enforcement officer.
Yeonnie Yazminn Perry, Old River Road/Savannah Portside International – Reckless driving, speeding in excess of posted speed limit (77 mph in posted 45 mph zone, and 80 mph in a posted 25 mph zone), attempting to flee law enforcement, DUI.
Devin Marie Roberts, Hwy. 21N – Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (meth); and pills not in original container.
Montez Rashad Wade, Hwy. 21S – Possession of a Schedule I controlled substance (“ecstasy”), willful obstruction of law enforcement, driving without headlights at night.
Incidents
Glenmore Drive – a man reported that he began receiving several threatening text messages from his girlfriend after he told her to “leave him alone.” The man wanted the incidents documented so he could possibly get a temporary protection order against her.
ECSO Lobby – a woman reported that after she paid another woman half of the price for a car, the second woman has not given the first woman the title to the car as agreed upon before the purchase is final.
Hwy. 21 – an office manager of a local business reported that $175 was missing when she arrived at work on a Monday morning. She installed a security camera to see if she could catch the person she suspects of the thefts.
Log Landing Road – a man reported that unknown individuals (possibly juveniles) have been driving four-wheelers on his grandmother’s property and damaging the lawn.
Key Road -- a woman reported that her house was on fire. ECFR was on scene to extinguish the fire. The woman said she had a space heater in her bedroom, which is where the fire may have started.
Sandhill Drive – ECSO deputy was requested by a wrecker service in regard to moving a damaged car that had been placed on a property earlier in the day. Two men were arguing over the car’s placement and alleged damage to the lawn.
Hwy. 17/Blue Jay Road – ECSO deputy observed a car abandoned facing the wrong way on the street. The registered owner of the vehicle was contacted but hung up before being told where the car was being towed to. Deputy observed a large amount of cash and the “strong odor” of marijuana in the car.
Old River Road – deputy responded to a call of a toy handgun being found by a prison work detail.
ECSO Lobby – a man reported that he had been the victim of identity theft. A culinary school is saying he owes it money. The claim is being investigated by the school and credit bureaus. He stated he doesn’t need ECSO to join the investigation, just to have the incident documented.
Springfield PD office – a woman reported that she is having continuing issues with an unknown person draining funds from her EBT card. Transactions or withdrawals are being completed in Philadelphia, even though the woman lives in Effingham County.
