Lillian Nicole Wiggins, GA Hwy. 119 – DUI, reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road.
Ladraveen Shamar Bacon, I-16 and MM148 – speeding in excess of posted speed limit (87 mph in 70 mph zone), driving while license is suspended for “failure to appear.”
Makayla Alexander Reddick, McCall Road/Hwy. 21 – citations issued for no insurance, expired tags, failure to obey stop sign and changing lanes without signaling.
Mary Ann Hutcheson, Hwy. 30 – public drunkenness.
David Jahmani Francis, Courthouse Road Ext. – speeding in excess of posted speed limit (63 mph in 40 mph zone), passing in a no-passing zone, cracked windshield.
Emanuel Lopez Herrera, Hodgeville Road/Aspen Drive – driving while unlicensed, no insurance, speeding in excess of posted speed limit (62 mph in 35 mph zone.)
Deondra Benard Roper, Hwy. 21/Progress Drive – speeding in excess of posted speed limit (86 mph in 55 mph zone), terroristic threats, hindering law enforcement officers.

Incidents
Little McCall Road – a woman reported that her neighbor’s three dogs – two pit bulls and a rat terrier – were loose in her yard and she was worried about the safety of her chickens.
Shady Oaks Road – a woman reported that her granddaughter and the granddaughter’s boyfriend were having a verbal argument. She wanted them to leave.
Stillwell-Clyo Road – a woman reported that after she had sent $500 (half of the total) to an online account, she discovered the dog she was trying to purchase had already been sold. She informed her bank about disputing the charge.
ECSO lobby – a man reported that his wife changed the exterior locks to their house without his knowledge. The couple is in the process of filing for divorce, but the paperwork has not yet been initiated. The deputy informed the man of his rights as a property owner and said the matter must be resolved in court.
Old Augusta Road S. – a woman reported that her son and another man who lived in an RV on her property had a physical fight.
Floyd Avenue – a woman reported that her mother was harassing her by phone and text and had also began calling the woman’s employer and harassing people there.
ECSO lobby – a man reported that he had received three threatening messages – including death threats -- from an unknown male. He blocked the number and will inform ECSO if any other threatening messages are received.
Highland Drive – a man reported that his daughter’s boyfriend had damaged his lawn and left trash all over the yard.
Palmetto Drive – a man reported that his neighbor was discharging a firearm within the neighborhood. The deputy confronted the neighbor and the neighbor said he would go elsewhere to fire his gun.
Stonesthrow Court – a woman reported that her daughter-in-law continuously pushed her while picking up her children.
Redmond Road – a man reported that he wanted his live-in companion (a woman) to move out “for not helping to pay for anything”.
Freesia Drive – a woman reported that she and her husband had an argument and the husband had hit her.
Westwood Drive – a man reported that his ex-girlfriend allegedly posted his number on a chat website and that he was receiving threatening calls and texts from unknown people. Deputy advised him to block those numbers, get a new phone number and to not give out his phone number to anyone he didn’t trust.
