Christopher Milton, I-16/mile marker 148 – speeding in excess of posted speed limit (119 mph in posted 70 mph zone), reckless driving, obstructing or hindering law enforcement officer.
Jason Lee Phillips, Hwy 17S – DUI
Amanda Eve McAdoo Maddox, Hwy. 80/Magnolia Drive – possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, wanted person in Glynn County.
Devin Thomas, 80/Magnolia Drive – possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, wanted person in Bulloch and Bryan counties.
Jason Scott Frankum, Hwy. 80/Hwy. 17 – seatbelt violation, possession of Schedule I controlled substance, possession of Schedule IV controlled substance; 4 pills not in original container (later identified as Modafinil).
Incidents
Laurel Lane – a woman reported that her upstairs bathroom window was broken, she believes, possibly by a BB shot allegedly from a neighboring house. The woman requested a report to turn in to her homeowner’s insurance.
Pinto Way – a man reported that he was allegedly scammed out of more than $700 from someone claiming to be from a neighboring law enforcement agency who told him the funds would be needed to pay for an ankle-monitoring device for a relative to be released from jail.
Oak Drive – a woman reported than an unknown male was seen on her security system trying to open her front door. The male was wearing dark pants and a dark hoodie, but was not clearly seen.
McCall Road – a man reported that an unknown person had cut the padlock to a golf cart he had parked in his front yard. Nothing on the property appeared to be missing or broken.
Godley Road – a man reported that an unknown person(s) was allegedly using funds from his EBT card even though he has possession of the card, lives alone and has never allowed anyone else to use his card. He has contacted the state and needed a police report.
Midland Road – a man reported that an unknown person made a purchase from amazon using his card number on file. He reported to amazon that he did not make the purchase. The transaction was canceled and his money refunded. A second purchase was attempted and declined.
Commerce Drive – a man reported that after his U-Haul vehicle was repossessed and he made an appointment to retrieve personal belongings left inside, several items were missing.
