Otavia Eady, Zoller Drive – criminal trespass, public drunkenness.
Caleb Dalton Lee, Hwy. 21N – open container violation, possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related paraphernalia.
Incidents
Springfield PD Dept. – The Springfield PD reports that it has the following items locked in the evidence vault awaiting to be claimed by their owners. The items were turned in during the Effingham Fair: 4 Cash App cards, 2 Navy Federal cards, 1 Way2Go card, 1 Capital One card, 1 Colombia passport, and a brown wallet containing a Georgia leaner’s permit. One Cash App card and the brown wallet have been returned to their owners.
Hyacinth Circle – a man reported that some time while he was on vacation in Orlando, an unknown person may have stolen his firearm which was in the driver’s side door of his vehicle. The firearm (Glock Gen 4 9mm #BDUP016) was entered into GCIC/NCIC as stolen.
Noel C. Conway Road – a man reported that he wanted another man whom he had previously hired for odd jobs around the house, to leave. The alleged trespasser was intoxicated and deputies waited until he could be picked up by a family member.
Knotty Pine Circle – Springfield PD responded to an activated residential alarm and spoke with the homeowner via the home security camera. After another officer arrived the house was checked for any signs of forced entry or any missing items. Officers determined the back door may not have been securely locked when last used.
Stagecoach Drive – the Sand Hill Elementary principal reported a driver speeding and driving recklessly in the school parking lot. ECSO deputy issued the driver a citation for criminal trespass.
Morgan Cemetery Road – a man reported a brush fire that was already burning when his friend dropped him off at Tuckasee-King Park.
Laurel Hill Road – a man reported that a fire on his property destroyed a storage shed.
Hwy. 80 – a woman reported that she and her son had an verbal argument and he threatened her.
