Arrests/Citations

Escobar Arnold, Bay Road – Disorderly conduct, obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Margaret Barker, Cameron Oaks Drive – simple battery.

Japasha Brittney Lavonshay Wade, Hwy. 21/Egypt Ardmore Road – speeding, driving with suspended license, wanted person in Chatham County for “failure to appear.”

Elijah Lee Rhett, Tunnel Road – simple battery.

Jesús Quiroz Alburto, Hwy. 17/Egypt Ardmore Road – DUI, speeding in excess of posted speed limit (93 in 55 mph zone); fleeing or attempting to flee, driving while unlicensed, open alcohol container in vehicle.

Michael Tyone Grant, Ralph Rahn Road – wanted person in Bryan County.

Nadia Plummer, Goshen Road – simple battery, family violence.

Atiporn Bundit-Giella, Goshen Road/Hodgeville Road – Obstructing or hindering law enforcement.

Ryan Dushion Scott – theft by receiving stolen property, driving with suspended license, knowingly driving a vehicle with canceled registration.

Freddy Walters, Hwy. 21 – public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, loitering.

Eric Fouche, Courthouse Road – driving while license is suspended.

Alex Morris, Noel C. Conaway Road – public drunkenness, terroristic threats, interference with government property.

 

Citations

Malik Quarterman, Hodgeville Road/Kolic-Helmey Road – citation issued for speeding (55 in 35 mph zone); suspended registration and no insurance.

Hubert Luther Powell, Hwy. 21/Wallace Dr. – warning issued for driving in left lane without passing; citation issued for driving with suspended license.

 

Incidents

Beebe Road – a man reported that his neighbors started talking loudly and acting aggressive toward him while he was walking down the road.

Oconee Road – a woman reported that a male neighbor had been acting “unhinged” for the past couple of days.

Sand Hill Road – a woman reported that she and her ex-husband got into a verbal argument over his criminal past and heavy drinking.

Oliver Kildare Road – a man reported that his car had broken down on Oliver Kildare Road and when he went to retrieve the car, the tag was missing.

Central Avenue – a man reported that his vehicle had been at Pineora Transmission since February and still had not been repaired even though the man says he paid $2,400 for the repairs. Deputy advised the man he would have to go to court to try to recoup his losses.

Sand Hill Road – a woman reported than an unknown person took a bucket of office supplies (value less thana $500) from her front yard. Video from the woman’s cameras show a Buick SUV entering the woman’s property. The suspect appears to be a white woman, 5’0-5’6”, heavy set and wearing glasses. The woman’s video was unable to capture the license of the vehicle.

Squirrel Road – a man reported that his female roommate was having a “mental episode” after he mistakenly threw out what he thought was trash, but the woman claimed it was a shrine to her recently deceased cat.

Lauren Drive – a woman reported that she believes someone is taking jewelry from her jewelry box one item at a time to avoid detection.

Chester Thomas Road – a man reported that he and a female roommate had a verbal argument while he was trying to move out.

ECSO office – a man reported that he believes his ex-girlfriend still has a number of his personal items at their previously shared residence. He and his attorney are going to attempt to retrieve the items or find out if they have been sold or report them as stolen.

Palomino Drive – a woman reported that when she went to help a friend move, the friend’s sister threatened her to stay away.

HWY 119 N (Clyo Trading Post) – a man reported that his vehicle was stolen while he was inside making a purchase. A suspect was identified via video surveillance. The stolen vehicle is a 2002 gold Chevy Cavalier with GA tag SGT9873.
