SPRINGFIELD -- Effingham County's Air Force JROTC program recently presented retiring Effingham  County High School employees Nathalie Starling, Tracy Beard and Liz Allen a United States flag that had been flown over the school. 

The cadets also gave Effingham County High School Teacher of the Year Greta Coleman a Georgia flag that had been raised above the school and recognized State School Social Worker of the Year Jackie Brown-Pinckney.
