Local athletes place at state track meet
A contingent of Effingham County Recreation and Sports Management athletes traveled to Jefferson to compete in Friday and Saturday’s Georgia Recreation and Parks Association Class B/C State Track meet April 26-27. The track program is led by Effingham County Recreation and Sports Management Assistant Director Raymond Hines.
