The 2025 Olde Effingham Day Festival is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Effingham County Museum and Living History Site, 1002 N. Pine St., Springfield.

The festival includes unique and local vendors in addition to the traditional festivities, such as reenactments, cannon firing, chair caning, face painting, children’s games and activities, an antique car and tractor show, hayrides, a bake sale, a plant sale sponsored by the Springfield Garden Club, and much more.

Our famous meal of hash and rice will be served at the Hut all day, and local bands will play music throughout the day.

The public is invited to step back into prehistoric and colonial times to learn about the Georgia of yesteryear and connect with your community of today!
