Special to the Herald

RINCON -- The Rincon Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate three people who are targeting the elderly at banks and grocery stores. These three subjects like to approach, distract, and steal.

The public is advised to warn family members to always be cautious when using an ATM or shopping at a store. Never leave belongings unattended and be on the lookout for people trying to distract you, offering unsolicited help, or even asking you questions to make you look away from your belongings.

If anyone can identify these three subjects, call the Rincon Police Department at 912-826-5200.
