Stringer wins AAU All-American Award

South Effingham sophomore Riley Stringer was named a 2022 AAU Volleyball Academic All-American Award recipient.

AAU Volleyball selects recipients for this award from all across the U.S. Stringer was one of 61 athletes from Georgia to receive the award that recognizes student-athletes for their excellence in academics in addition to their athletics.

Recipients must be high school students during the 2021-2022 school year and participate in the annual AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, which took place in June. Stringer is a member of Club Savannah's 15 National team, which finished the tournament by winning the Diamond Bracket in the 15 Aspire Division.
