The Bluffton Lady Bobcats broke open a tie game with a decisive second quarter and coasted to a 42-23 win over the South Effingham Lady Mustangs.
Bluffton outscored South Effingham 10-3 in the second quarter and 22-12 in the second half.
Whitney Jones led the Lady Mustangs (4-4) with six points. Sally Newsham had 13 points and Saudia Collier had 12 for Bluffton (6-0).
South Effingham hosts Wayne County on Friday night and travels to Hardeeville (S.C.) on Tuesday for two non-region games.
